Exclusive 6-hands Dinner Between Singlethread Restaurant x Odette x Basque Kitchen by Aitor

Stars are gathering from across the globe at 1 Michelin-starred Basque Kitchen by Aitor this June as Chef-patron Aitor Jeronimo Orive joins hands with Chef Kyle Connaughton from SingleThread Restaurant (3 Michelin stars) and Chef Julien Royer from Odette (3 Michelin stars) for a one-night-only six hands dinner.

The three culinary maestros, each with their unique cooking styles, will come together to present a nine-course dinner that promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience complete with some of the world’s most iconic and prestigious wines curated by Singapore’s leading wine bar, Park90.

The three chefs will prepare three dishes each to present nine courses of their respective repertoire of signatures. Based on the produce and plates, professional sommeliers from Park90 have specially handpicked remarkable wines from some of the best producers in California such as Rhys Vineyards, Kistler Vineyards, and RAEN Winery to best pair and match with the nuances of the food, further elevating the waterfront dining experience of the one-night-only.

With American Express as the exclusive Priority Card Partner for the Chef Residence programme, priority booking begins from 2 to 5 June for Card Members holding The Centurion Card issued by American Express in Singapore, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Guests who have registered interest will be able to make their bookings from 6 June (24 hours ahead of the general public on 7 June). Basque kitchen by Aitor​​​​​​​

The dinner will take stunning stage at Basque kitchen by Aitor at the historic Fullerton Waterboat House. Diners will be welcomed with views of the seafront entrance of the Singapore River, fed further with vantage point views of the Marina Bay and Central Business District’s glittering skyline.

Basque Kitchen by Aitor is Chef Aitor Jeronimo Aitor’s interpretation of contemporary Basque cuisine, with each dish celebrating the country’s indigenous culture and produce. First established in October 2018 as Singapore’s first Basque-centric restaurant, it was awarded its first Michelin Star in the 2019 edition of Michelin Guide Singapore within a year of its opening.

SingleThread Restaurant is a source-focused, farm-driven restaurant and inn that offers its diners and guests time-honored preparations of seasonally inspired cuisine, and a uniquely curated taste of Sonoma Wine Country. Spearheaded by one of California’s most accomplished chefs Kyle Connaughton alongside wife Katina Connaughton, who tends to the farm, SingleThread is a three Michelin-starred restaurant whose foundation is rooted in a wealth of Japanese principles and traditions surrounding hospitality, food culture, and service.

Housed in the National Gallery Singapore, three Michelin-starred Odette is a timeless fine dining destination helmed by Chef Julien Royer and inspired by his grandmother, Odette. Odette serves modern French cuisine guided by Chef Julien’s lifelong respect for seasonality, terroir and artisanal producers sourced from boutique producers all over the world. While his approach is underpinned by the principles of French cuisine, his years in Asia have infused his approach with a sense of place.
