Hailing from Dubai, 28 HongKong Street will welcome Bulgari Bar Dubai, No.58 on the World’s 50 Best Bars 2021, on 24 August, Wednesday, from 8 pm to midnight. Dario Schiavoni, Bar Director at Bulgari Resort Dubai, will be gracing the space with his unique creations of natural and biodynamic ingredients.

Boasting over a decade of experience in the Food and Beverage industry with careers spanning Rome, London, Algarve, Shenzhen, Beijing and Tokyo, Dario will bring an outstanding selection of cocktails, including one of his signature cocktails, Mustacchioni, that will definitely wow you.
