Singapore’s nightlife scene is being reshaped by a wave of intimate, culturally driven concepts, and Enclave has emerged as a vibrant destination for curious drinkers and subculture enthusiasts. Now located at 55A Neil Road, Enclave is a living tribute to Thai-Singaporean heritage, grassroots art, and the next generation of nightlife in the city.
Originally launched in 2020 within the Golden Mile Complex, Enclave began as a modern speakeasy inspired by founder Ritz Ang’s vision to reimagine his father’s KTV pub. Rooted in Thai family traditions and driven by a passion for Singapore’s creative underground, Ritz designed Enclave as a bold answer to conventional nightlife—a space where food, music, art, and identity converge. The new chapter sees a return of its beloved Thai-inspired bar grub, creative cocktails, and immersive programming wrapped in a nostalgic yet ever-evolving atmosphere.

Visitors can expect a multisensory journey, from the main lounge filled with family photos, vintage memorabilia, and cheeky neon signage to the CRIB—an upstairs loft designed for quieter moments and rotating local art exhibitions. Signature dishes like the Jade Noodles, a Thai-style bak chor mee with spinach noodles, torched pork, and shrimp chips, pair effortlessly with cocktails like Thai Auntie, made with chilli bourbon and elderflower liqueur. For a lighter alternative, the Thai Tea cocktail blends gin with Thai tea, demerara sugar and lime for a bright, refreshing flavour.

At its heart, Enclave is also a performance space. Regular events range from live jazz and acoustic sets to experimental performances such as butoh by the Singapore Butoh Collective. Curated personally by Ritz, the programming is a celebration of the city’s underground art scene, welcoming creators, performers, and communities seeking authentic expression.

Furnished with mismatched vintage finds and layered with textured charm, Enclave blurs the lines between bar, gallery, and retreat. Guests are encouraged to connect with bartenders for drink recommendations, take in the rotating exhibits, or simply relax in the CRIB as the evening unfolds. Every visit is designed to be different, grounded in a sense of place, memory, and cultural appreciation.
Enclave is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6PM until late. Reservations can be made through Quandoo or Google.
