Though chef can't say for sure what the fish of the season will be, Taki is certain that it will be grilled to perfection with crisp skin and moist flaky flesh.
This Seasonal Grilled Fish (pictured above), is Hamachi Collar, an exquisite seasonal item available on the Taki menu - as and when it is available. The tender flesh and crisp skin together with the smokey flavour finish from the grilling makes this meal a wonderful eating experience.

For something unique in flavour order the Hotate Mentai Aburi (pictured above) - scrumptious, tender scallops sliced and layered before being dressed in a flavoursome creamy mental sauce and served direct to your table. Perfectly matched with a Gingari (pictured above) - a gin based cocktail paired with lemon and ginger Umeshu, Yuzu liqueur, and Ginger juice.
What better comfort food than a bowl of stir-fried noodles? These Yaki Udon noodles are stirred with garlic, chicken pieces and a special sauce, then topped with bonito flakes for rich, aromatic flavours that envelop you like a warm comforting hug. Plus, there’s the option to make it vegetarian too.
