This Seasonal Grilled Fish (pictured above), is Hamachi Collar, an exquisite seasonal item available on the Taki menu - as and when it is available. The tender flesh and crisp skin together with the smokey flavour finish from the grilling makes this meal a wonderful eating experience.

Perfectly matched with a Gingari (pictured above) - a gin based cocktail paired with lemon and ginger Umeshu, Yuzu liqueur, and Ginger juice.
What better comfort food than a bowl of stir-fried noodles? These Yaki Udon noodles are stirred with garlic, chicken pieces and a special sauce, then topped with bonito flakes for rich, aromatic flavours that envelop you like a warm comforting hug.
