Pan Pacific Orchard is pleased to announce the appointment of Chef Leung Wing Cheung as Chinese Master Chef, adding over four decades of culinary experience to The Chairman's Lounge and the hotel's Chinese banquet kitchen. Chef Leung's appointment marks a critical milestone in the hotel's aim to establish itself as a renowned epicurean destination in the city.

Chef Leung's culinary adventure began in the bustling culinary scene of Hong Kong in the 1960s and 1970s, where he polished his abilities under seasoned restaurant chefs. His migration to Singapore three decades ago established him as one of the first Hong Kong chefs to have an impact on the local culinary scene. Chef Leung's 12-year employment as Executive Cantonese Chef at Si Chuan Dou Hua, ParkRoyal on Kitchener Road, has cemented his standing as a culinary genius within the Pan Pacific Hotels Group.

Chef Leung's culinary skills have been honed at prestigious Chinese fine dining facilities such as Tung Lok Restaurant Group, Li Bai Chinese Restaurant at Sheraton Towers Singapore, and Summer Palace at the erstwhile Regent Hotel. His ability to flawlessly combine traditional Cantonese food with the robust flavours of Sichuan style has distinguished him in the culinary world.

Chef Leung's specialty dishes include double-boiled soups, the visually spectacular Exotic Garden Yusheng with Osmanthus and Black Truffle Sauce, and Crispy Noodles with Australian Lobster Meat.
