From the Signature Dining, Bee’s Knees from the Botanic Gardens promises to elevate the morning with its carefully put together brunch menus and customizable signatures - Brunchin’ In Style with Bee’s Knees - for 2 to 4 pax to choose from, including crowd favourites of Tiger Prawn Pasta with Chives and Cherry Tomatoes, and Fluffernutter Jar Cake, a made-in-house assembly of charcoal cookie crumb at the bottom, followed by chocolate sponge, hazelnut namelaka, hazelnut praline and capped with marshmallow meringue.

Alternatively, go for the homely spread with Brunchin’ with Wildseed Café, which includes the luscious Highland Pancake served seared corn and Maple Syrup, Big Pan Breakfast filled with all the goodness that perks up the day; piled high with Scrambled Eggs, Nuermberger Pork Sausage, Bacon, Portobello Mushroom, Cameron Highland Cherry Tomatoes, Australian Avocado and Toasted Sourdough, and the hearty Wagyu and Pork Ragout Linguine of Homemade Wagyu Beef and Slow Cooked Iberico Pork Collar Ragout topped with Parmesan and Italian Parsley.
Brunch delivery is available from Mondays to Sundays between 12noon and 3pm, with a pre-order of 6 hours in advance.

For dining in at the later part of National Day, delight the palate with the indulgent 5 dish menu of modern Basque-inspired Spanish cuisine from Basque in Romance by UNA – with a fresh tomato and white tuna salad; Pulpo a la Parrilla con Papas Arrugadas y Mojo, a flavoursome smoky grilled octopus, served with baby potatoes and purple potatoes with a lashing of picada sauce, also known as Catalan-style pesto; Paella de Marisco – a heavenly seafood rich mix of saffron infused arroz bomba rice with tiger prawns, clams and mussels; the Carrillera de Ternera of tenderly cooked Angus beef cheek braised in red wine served with creamy potatoes and broccolini; and a cheese platter with quince paste and truffle honey.

Or be transported to a summer escape with the nature-inspired Authentic French farm-to-table cuisine, with The Summerhouse’s French Farmhouse Kitchen menu, where fresh and seasonal produce are used to construct inventive flavours, employing simple yet refined techniques. Some of the dishes gourmet food lovers should be looking forward to are the scrumptious Mud Crab Omelette, which incorporates hand-picked fresh mud crab served with beurre noisette; the satisfying Pan-seared Sea Bass with fennel and cherry tomatoes in a rich shellfish bisque; or the Confit Duck Leg served with indulgent duck fat roasted baby potatoes and red onion jam. This menu comes with French Onion Soup, 2 sides of vegetables as well as a dessert of Dark Chocolate Tart with Fresh Berries.
Dinner delivery is available from Mondays to Sundays, between 5pm and 10pm, with a 6-hour pre-order in advance.
