Home-baker Chocolate Anatomy (@chocolateanatomy) is next in the line-up of home-based bakers to take up residency at Baker X. From 6 April to 3 May 2023, the resident baker will be offering a delightful array of chocolate treats such as chocolate truffles, brownies, cookies and more at the 10-seater café.
Chocolate Anatomy specialises in chocolate desserts and is founded by Rachael Chua Min Jun, who is an avid fan of chocolates and pastries. Her love for these sweet treats led her to start experimenting at home, with a dream of eventually running her own café. Rachael’s first recipe was created for a batch of chocolate truffles, which were well-received by her friends and family. Three years since and Chocolate Anatomy has blossomed and amassed a large following.
Look forward to crowd favourites such as the Signature Fudge Brownies ($6.50 per bar), a moist and dense fudge brownie filled with chunks of rich, dark chocolate. The Original Chocolate Cake ($5.50 per loaf) features a soft and fluffy chocolate sponge cake topped with swirls of dark chocolate ganache, while the Netflix & Chill Collection includes the Signature Dark Chocolate Fudgies ($11.80 per tub of 20 pieces) which are bite-sized, mini fudge brownies topped with generous drizzles of chocolate ganache.
Also available are Signature 64% Truffles, Brookies (brownie cookies), and the newly launched Banana Bread. Chocolate Anatomy’s enticing menu is also one that refreshes seasonally, with different flavour variations.
