The program:
- An understanding of healthy eating terms e.g. whole foods, gluten-free, refined sugar, and artificial flavourings
- Insight into the dietary trends and the foods that create these dishes eg plant-based cuisine, keto, intermittent fasting
- What gut health means and how to incorporate daily food as medicine into their daily home routines
How to build nutritious meals including how to stock a pantry, where to source the ingredients and make sauces, healthy breakfasts, and evening meals.
