A highlight in both the six and eight-course set menus is the nourishing Double-boiled Black Chicken Soup with Lingzhi, Fish Maw and Wan Ling. Doubled boiled for six hours, the soup brims with flavours and health benefits coaxed from the premium ingredients.
The six-course menu ($158.80++ per person; minimum 2 persons) features a sumptuous spread of Cantonese fare to foster conviviality. Highlights include Steamed Local Lobster with Chinese Wine and the classic Braised Three Head Abalone with Seasonal Vegetables. Leading the hearty eight-course menu ($128.80++ per person; minimum 4 persons) is the Roasted Peking Duck served with Chinese Pancake, Cucumber and Spring Onions. A hallmark of joyous celebrations, this is a Cantonese classic that impresses all with its succulent meat and crispy skin, complemented with house-made crepes and condiments.
