Highlights of the 2023 Grand Menu include the following new dishes:

  • Kamameshi

Kani & Ikura Kamameshi

Pioneering Singapore’s Kamameshi scene since 2005, SUN with MOON has become synonymous with this culinary delight. In their latest Grand Menu update, Kamameshi takes on a new dimension, promising diners an enchanting symphony of flavours and textures across four (4) novel variations. In the Kani & Ikura Kamameshi (from $37.80), enjoy a harmonious mix of shredded crab meat and umami-laden salmon roe. The Awabi & Uni Kamameshi (from $34.80) elevates the experience with tender small abalone and rich sea urchin, while the Yaki Saba, Shirasu & Mentaiko Kamameshi (from $29.80) showcases a medley of grilled mackerel, delicate whitebait fish, and the briny allure of pollock.​​​​​​​

For a fusion twist, the Buta Kimchi Kamameshi (from $30.80) combines sautéed sliced pork with kimchi, crowned by bursts of salmon roe. These kamameshi selections are available a la carte or as part of a set, accompanied by a choice of one (1) side dish. The options include the comforting Pork Yanagawa Nabe, crispy Tempura, fresh Salmon Sashimi, an appetising Sashimi Salad or the delectable Umaki Tamago Yaki.

SUN with MOON presents a hearty assembly of ingredients in its newest hot pot creation – a mouth-watering mix that includes succulent chicken thigh, expertly grilled chicken wings and drums, mini chicken hamburg patties, a medley of fresh vegetables and soft tofu, all simmered within a single pot of delicious goodness, and thoughtfully accompanied by a serving of fragrant Japanese rice.

​​​​​​Diners can select their preferred soup base from an enticing range of five different options. Among these, the piquant Japanese Soup Curry is the latest entrant, which imparts a subtle spicy note to the broth. Each set also includes a choice of one (1) side dish and miso soup.

Lightly battered conger eel is seasoned with seaweed flakes and deep-fried until golden and crispy, creating a wonderous textural contrast between the crisp batter and soft eel inside.​​​​​​​

This adorable teapot soup features a captivating blend of flavours, showcasing pike conger, succulent prawns, earthy mushrooms, crunchy carrots, healthy ginko nuts, silken tofu, and the refreshing essence of sudachi citrus. It all comes together in a delicate broth crafted from both chicken and fish.

  • Shellfish Sakamushi (Dinner: $19.80)

In celebration of the sea’s bounty, savour an oceanic delight of delicate baby abalone, baby scallops, asari clams, and surf clams, expertly steamed to perfection in a fragrant sake infusion. This method allows the natural flavours of the shellfish to shine, resulting in bites of flavour-packed goodness.
