Valentine’s Day – honouring love and special memories with your significant other. On 13 and 14 February 2022, Zafferano dedicates the evenings to the exceptional celebration of romance.

Exquisite three and five-course menus are offered in the elegant main dining room and an unforgettable Romantic Terrace Experience awaits at the alfresco Terrace Lounge.

On 13 and 14 February, romance the night away with the indulgent five-course menu ($298++ per person) or dine with love in the air with the Romantic Terrace Experience ($398++ per couple). Commence the enchanting evening with a stalk of red rose for each lady.

Embrace the five-course menu and relish in a trio of amuse bouche, an appetiser combining the sweetness of Hokkaido scallops with roasted corn essence and oscietra caviar, and a delightful house-made fagottini pasta stuffed with Sicilian red prawn finished with sea urchin sauce.

The mains house a luscious Spanish turbot harmonised with zucchini and champagne sauce and A4 Miyazaki wagyu that captivates the palate with salted baked beetroot and Bronte pistachios. Ending the evening with a lovely pair of desserts served to each couple – tangy mango parfait, and a rich chocolate cremoux.

Soak in the spectacular views at the alfresco Terrace Lounge with a sharing platter of half a dozen Fine de Claire oysters, butter brioche with Sicilian red prawn and caviar, and luscious foie gras ingots with moscato gel and saffron.

Share the sweet nibbles of strawberry and yuzu tart and Valrhona chocolate and champagne truffles, and toast to love with one’s choice of bottle from the range of dazzling wines and champagne – NV Duval-Leroy, 2020 Chateau de Meursault, and 2013 Garbole Heletto.

Exclusively from 5.30pm to 7pm on 14 February, Zafferano tailors a three-course menu ($148++ per person) for couples who wish for an early dinner accompanied by a romantic sunset.

Enthralling choices for the main course include the alluring Jac wagyu beef striploin MBS 8/9 with salted baked beetroots and pistachio.
