Alluding to the romantic occasion, the Valentine’s Day bento showcases premium succulent Kagoshima A5 chuck rib cubes lightly torched and artfully arranged into the shape of a heart. Combined with toppings such as luscious Hokkaido uni, ikura, diced takuan, tamagoyaki and cucumber, the indulgent chirashi bento presents a myriad of textures and flavours with every mouthful.
