Available only on 14 February 2022, the Valentine’s Day menu ($148++/pax) features a carefully curated selection of dishes to revel in while spending quality time with your special person.
The 4-course meal includes items such as the Truffled Burrata that presents a creamy burrata paired with house-made smoked tomato jam, Lager-pickled pumpkin and finished with French Périgord truffle and aged balsamic vinegar; and a Kuhlbarra Barramundi paired with a beurre blanc infused with LeVeL33’s own Blond Lager and a luxurious caviar sauce, garnished with saffron rouille
LeVeL33 makes the day even more special with fine champagnes that pair perfectly with the Valentine’s Day meal in partnership with the French champagne House, Perrier-Jouët: a brand that was born from love – of the founders for each other, and for viticulture.
Two labels will be presented as part of the partnership – the Perrier Jouët Grand Brut ($155++ per bottle) and Perrier Jouët Belle Époque ($458++ per bottle). LeVeL33 guests who pre-order a bottle by 5 February 2022 can enjoy a complimentary name engraving.
