Artemis Grill, a sky-high dining concept in Singapore offering Mediterranean-inspired flavours, delivers a decadent three-course menu that Executive Chef Oliver Hyde has specifically designed for romantic diners this Valentine’s Day. Available 13th and 14th of February for dinner, guests can woo their loved one overlooking the spectacular views of Marina Bay.
Guests will be first served a selection of starters that include Maine Lobster Tail with Maitake Mushrooms and Asparagus, Chorizo Agnolotti, Scallop Tartare with Avruga Caviar or Burrata with Poached Pear and Parma Ham. There are also optional add-ons that include Irish Oysters and Oscietra Caviar.
The main dishes available on the night include Lamb Rack on a bed of Cauliflower Couscous, Black Cod served with Violet Artichoke Tapenade or Iberico Pork Chop with Baby Kale. For the vegetarians, enjoy handmade Japanese Kabocha Agnolotti or Spiced Lentil Fritter served with Greek Salad.
Should you wish to share, you have the additional option of 1.1kg F1 Wagyu Côte de Boeuf served with Grilled Asparagus.
For a sweet finish, the Black Forest Torte is a firm favourite, alongside the new Rhubarb Terrine or Pistachio Semifreddo. Dinner with conclude with Chocolate Pralines by Laurent Bernard.
The dinner is available for two evenings only, from 5:30pm onwards, $158pp++
