This National Day, Singapore’s homegrown Italian chain, PastaMania, pays tribute to Singapore’s rich food culture with two new creations – Otah Aglio and Nasi Lemak Pizza (7-inch and 10-inch).
From 25 July to 11 September 2022, enjoy PastaMania’s National Day creations brimming with flavours of well-loved Singaporean dishes. The new items are available for both a la carte and set meal orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
Inspired by Otah, a tasty, piquant fish snack, Otah Aglio highlights a Singaporean twist to the classic aglio olio. Think al dente pasta of your choice sautéed with minced garlic, fried baby shrimp, crispy prawn chilli, fish otah and parsley.
Delight in the Nasi Lemak Pizza – a moreish special showcasing Singapore’s favourite Malay dish. A base of sambal chilli, mozzarella cheese, and otah, generously topped with hard-boiled egg slices, crispy ikan bilis, fried peanuts, diced cucumbers, then finished with sambal mayo.
A scrumptious meal for four, the Family Feast offers choice of two pastas (Otah Aglio and/or selected pastas), a 10-inch Nasi Lemak Pizza, and choice of four beverages.
