Father’s Day buffet at The Line is available from 17 to 19 June 2022. Lunch is priced at $88++ per adult on 17 and 18 June 2022, while brunch on 19 June is priced at $148++ per adult (inclusive of free-flow soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea). For dinner, admission is priced at $98++ per adult.

An Elegant Celebration at Origin Grill

Celebrate Father’s Day over a delightful four-course lunch set at Origin Grill on 18 and 19 June. Specially curated by Chef de Cuisine Nathan Griffin, the four-course set is a celebration of fresh caught and seasonal produce that is bound to leave a smile on Dad’s face.

The lunch set commences with a 46 degree sous vide Atlantic Salmon that is beautifully plated, wrapped with seaweed and served with squid ink puree, yuzu gel and horseradish crème fraiche. Next up is the line-caught sous vide cod fish complemented with sweet asparagus, edamame, cucumber, kombu and samphire, for an elevated flavour profile. A beef lover will be thrilled to know that the set menu also comes with the Wagyu Beef Tenderloin. Rounding up the meal is a special Father’s Day dessert – Chocolate Forest (chocolate mousse with chocolate rocks and twigs, topped with cherry sorbet).

Southern Italian Flavours at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano

Unleash the true connoisseur in Dad with Waterfall Ristorante Italiano’s spectacular Sunday Brunch presented on 19 June. Revel in an assortment of mouth-watering starters such as the Porchetta (crisp and tender Italian pork roast), Polpette (Italian meatballs in tomato sauce), Premium Cold Cuts, Cheese Platter, and Seafood Platter including Oysters, Marinated Salmon and Prawns.

Take your pick from the variety hearty mains such as the Risotto in Truffle Cream with Pancetta and Parmesan Cheese, creamy Gnocchi in Pumpkin Cream with Gorgonzola, Linguine with Mussels and Clams, Beef Tagliata, Pork Chop and more. Treat Dad to an indulgent Cantonese set menu at Michelin-Starred Shang Palace from 17 to 19 June 2022. Specially curated by Chef Daniel Cheung, the restaurant’s new Executive Chinese Chef, diners will be in for a treat with the six-course set menus prepared for lunch and dinner, both priced at $118++ per person and $168++ per person respectively.

Hailing all the way from Michelin-Starred Shang Palace at Kowloon, Hong Kong, Chef Daniel has put together a sumptuous six-course lunch set that begins with an assortment of dim sum, starring the signature Barbecued Pork Loin glazed with Honey Sauce, Deep-fried Beancurd Roll with Crab Meat and Matsutake Mushrooms and Steamed Bird’s Nest and Shrimp Dumpling in Heart Shape.

Indulge in the Double-boiled Silky Fowl Broth with Fish Maw and Ginseng before savouring the three mains highlights including Braised 5-head Whole Australian Abalone with Sea Cucumber, Stir-fried Soon Hock Fillet with Black Bean Sauce and Fried Rice with Scallops and Roasted Duck Meat. End the meal with Double-boiled Sweetened Peach Resin accompanied with Rose Longevity Bun that will bring much good luck and wishes to Daddy Dearest.

Go on a date with Dad over a luxurious tête-à-tête at The Rose Veranda from 4 to 30 June 2022. Suitable for two persons, each set comes with signature sandwiches, mains and three-tiered desserts that are elegantly presented.

The Rose Veranda Father’s Day three-course high-tea set is priced at $98++ from 4 to 16 June, and 20 to 30 June 2022 (Saturday, Sunday). For 17 to 19 June 2022, the set is available at $108++. For takeaway, the high-tea set is priced at $88++ per set. Each takeaway set is good for two persons and is available from 1 to 30 June 2022, 1pm – 5pm daily.

Father’s Day Special Pop-up by Chef Damian D’Silva at The Lobby Louge

This Father’s Day weekend (18 to 19 June 2022), Chef Damian D’Silva will be helming a special Father’s Day Pop-up at The Lobby Lounge. Available as a la carte order, Chef Damian will be presenting handmade Peranakan Kuehs on 18 & 19 June, Peranakan Mee Siam on 18 June and Peranakan Popiah on 19 June from 11am to 3pm.
