Known for blending theatrical flair with local flavours, Hopscotch presents its 8th edition menu by reintroducing fan-favourite cocktails alongside A Decade in Time—a time capsule cocktail crafted with layers of floral, herbal, and fruity complexity, served in a glowing hourglass glass that encapsulates ten years of storytelling in a single sip.
Signature highlights on this revamped menu offer immersive cultural experiences. Wish Upon a Lantern draws inspiration from the Chinese Lantern Festival, inviting guests to ignite a paper lantern and uncover a vibrant, fruity gin-based drink. Ice on Wheels salutes the nostalgic tricycle ice cream vendors with a yam-flavoured cocktail that recalls simpler times, while Lion City Tiki tells the story of Singapore’s founding with a tiki-style mix of rum, spices and tropical notes.
There’s also a refreshing take on Taiwan’s iced jelly dessert in Summer Fling, where a dry-ice chilled mix of gin, ice wine, and longan becomes a spoonable treat.
