With prime location views of the Marina Bay festivities, Artemis Grill & Sky Bar has created a limited edition 3-course menu to mark the occasion, available only on Wednesday 9th August for dinner, at $98++ per person.
Start your meal with a choice of delicious appetizers that include creamy Burrata served with black figs & prosciutto di parma, Beef Tartare, Hamachi Crudo and Fremantle Octopus.
Moving on to Artemis’ main dishes, enjoy Black Cod with Bouillabaisse and Confit Fennel & Leek, Iberico Pork Loin with pea purée and pancetta or Moroccan Lamb Chops with cauliflower saffron pilaf rice, to mention just a few.
For vegetarians and vegans, the Quinoa “Falafel” with cumin hummus and tahini is a popular choice. An optional sharing platter is also available: Australian F1 1.1kg Wagyu Côte de Boeuf, served with grilled asparagus.
Dessert lovers won’t be left disappointed with a choice of three indulgent selections including Sticky Date Cake served with vanilla ice-cream, Chocolate & Coconut Rice Pudding with caramelized coconut sorbet and Apricot Tart with vanilla chantilly.
Dining aside, Artemis Grill sits upon CapitaGreen’s 40th floor with unparalleled panoramic views of the superb Singapore skyline.
