Selections for the first course see new-Italian classics like Melon & Parma Ham and the fresh, creamy Burrata paired with strawberry, tomato, and pine nut granola, while seafood enthusiasts can pick the Soft Shell Prawn complemented by green harissa, labneh, and cabbage slaw. With a supplement of $8++, a Black Angus Steak Tartare awaits, savoury with sunchoke, capers, and brown anchovy aioli.
