Born in 2005 from their love and passion for ice cream, Tom’s Palette is best known for colouring outside the culinary lines.
They're constantly challenging the perception of what makes gelato great, the growing library of 180 flavours feature both classics and unorthodox creations, including Salted Egg Yolk, Nasi Lemak and Mango Sticky Rice.
The philosophy revolves around fresh and raw ingredients, and every tub, pint or cup is always handmade without the addition of stabilisers, premixes, or artificial flavouring.

Their signature flavours are oh-so-tempting and include Chocolate Sorbet, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Yuzu, and Salted Egg Yolk. You can get a scoop of your favourite gelato with their French Waffle or Brownie Waffle or even take a caffeine hit with their Affogatos featuring a gelato scoop topped with chocolate sauce and a shot of espresso. Tea lovers have a special treat in their Tea Affogato where you get a gelato scoop, a brown sugar blondie along with a cold-brewed tea. Amazing right?
Standards have remained high since 2009. Staff is friendly and approachable. Owner continues to give back to customers through premium anniversary flavours like durian. New lego theme on the newly renovated store is cute and gets your commitment to premium ice-cream across - indeed, stabilizers should definitely go in the trash!"
