In celebration of World Cocktail Day 2022, all 13 Burger & Lobster restaurants across Singapore, London and New York will jointly present a cocktail menu featuring the bestsellers from each gateway city.
Its global team of mixologists has joined hands to shake and stir up a commemorative menu to be served at all participating restaurants from 1 to 31 May 2022. In Singapore, these signature cocktails will be available at Raffles Hotel.
Singapore Signatures
A tropical paradise in a glass, the rosy Little Red Dot ($20++) puts a Singaporean spin on the Clover Club cocktail with its familiar and distinctive aroma of coconut from the infusion of Hendrick’s gin, Sg Distillery Stolen Roses Gin, raspberry coconut syrup, citrus and egg.
Taking an eclectic cue from the classic Cosmopolitan, Lychee In The City ($20++) is a signature concoction that employs Reyka Vodka, Cointreau, Kwai Fei Lychee, cranberry, citric acid and bubbles.
Libations from London
Toast to the hallmark holiday with the Pistol Punch ($22++), a quintessential tiki punch made with the right mix of creativity, ingredients and craftsmanship. The tropical flavour explosion comes from the blend of Black Tears Spiced Rum, 1883 passion fruit syrup, mango, passion fruit, bergamot and a homemade syrup.
Be sure to party like a true Londoner with the Lobstar Martini ($22++) where the flavours of Grey Goose Vodka, rose liqueur, pineapple, passion fruit and lime marry perfectly for the ultimate weekend tipple.
New York’s Novels
Refreshingly fresh and fruity, the Strawberry Fizz ($22++) has remained a New Yorker’s summertime favourite thanks to its perfect blend of the slightly sweet and white pepper spiced Grey Goose Vodka, St Germain liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, strawberry puree, strawberries and coriander.
Encapsulating both sweet and sharp flavours, the Mango Shrub Margarita ($22++) is rendered with smooth Espolon Reposado Tequila known for its discernible notes of black pepper and sweetness of pure Agave Azul, St Germain liqueur, mango juice and lime juice.
With simplicity at the core of the Burger & Lobster concept, each restaurant is a showcase of live lobsters flown in from Nova Scotia, Canada and beef from the cattle ranchers in Nebraska.
