Prive is a gorgeous place to sip on Singapore Sling and binge on The Ultimate Fish & Chips. The sumptuous beer-battered snapper comes with crispy fries, mesclun salad as well as tartar sauce and malt vinegar.
The cafe at Wheelock Place was newly opened and it was in dining alfresco concept. It was under the Prive group chain of restaurants. The place was cooling although it was non air con. Menu was a single sheet.

Soup of the day, sandwich of the day, choice of soft drink
The soup was broccoli soup, served with croutons and shredded cheese. It was rich and creamy with bites of broccoli in it.
The sandwich was truffle egg sandwich with watercress. The bread was light and crusty. It smelt very truffle when served.
I selected ginger ale for the soft drink which was light and refreshing.
There was also free wifi available in the cafe.
