Green bar is a plant-based restaurant, café and bar located in Legaspi Village, Makati.
Founded in 2014 by sisters, Jaderani and Sarada Santos, the restaurant started small, with a handful of family favorite recipes and a deli case.
The restaurant has since expanded their menu, focusing on comfort classics and healthy alternatives.
Vegans themselves, the Santos sisters have curated their culinary handbook from family recipes, travels and home cooking.
Born vegetarians, their passion for cooking and food stemmed from necessity and also frustration with the lack of satisfying plant-based cuisine.
