Celebrate Easter Sunday at Estate

Event date
Sun, Apr 9 2023, 12 - 3pm

Those on the lookout for a brunch buffet of epic proportions can look to Estate, which will be serving up a wide variety of seafood on Easter Sunday (9 April). Diners begin the discovery at the dedicated Seafood Bar before shucking their way through the Seafood and Live Oyster Bar, where they are treated to a jaw-dropping display of the ocean’s finest catch from Maine lobsters and snow crabs to Fine de Claire oysters.

Alongside the live seafood options will be smoked & cured fishes as well as an impressive cheese and charcuterie station with over 32 different types of cheeses to choose from.

This year, the star attraction at Estate is its new Avocado Bar. Conceptualised and crafted by Director of Culinary Chef Vijayakant Shanmugam, guests can enjoy the beloved egg-shaped fruit in a selection of over 10 avocado-themed specialties such as Avocado and Cucumber Gazpacho, Avocado and Ricotta on Gluten Free Bread, Homemade Avocado Hummus and Avocado with Tuna Tataki, Sesame Seed and Soya Dressing.

Indulge in Easter specials that include Scotch Eggs with Hollandaise Sauce and Chives, Mushroom Tortellini with Cèpe Mushroom Sauce and White Truffle Oil, and four types of homemade sausages — Sakura Chicken; Pork with Herbs and Spices; Beef Chorizo, and Lamb.

Other Easter delights include savoury Asian specialities such as Spicy Creamy River Prawn, Classic Coffee Rib with Toasted Almonds, as well as Crispy Egg Noodles with Crabmeat Sauce and Baby Bok Choy. Meat lovers can dig in at the carving stations where Whole Wagyu Prime Rib with Yorkshire puddings, bordelaise sauce and mustard along with Whole Stuffed Suckling Pig with natural jus are on full display.

For those with a sweet tooth, brunch on Easter also sees an array of toothsome treats such as Baileys Carrot Trifle, Easter Sugar Cookies and Nutmeg Madeleines, while guests can interact with staff at the dessert live kitchen as they serve up delightful Gelatos, Passionfruit and Yuzu Egg Mousse and Cotton Candy.

While the adults wine and dine to their heart’s content, the little tots will be kept occupied with a range of activities including an Easter egg scavenger hunt, balloon sculpting and Easter egg painting. Guests will also be entertained by the tricks by the magician in the restaurant.
