In vibrant Keong Saik road, Bistro November is nestled under heritage Hotel 1929.
Believing in up-cycling and recycling, Chef JP and Sally, kept the interior simple using existing furniture and sourcing from second hand stores for that bistro rustic feel.
The tables are topped with recycled bottles filled with flowers, longan or rambutan depending on the day and the market. Menus are hand written on recycled paper.
The vibe - all are welcome. A fun place, seriously good food.
Chef JP brings his innovative style to Singapore for a limited time, until November, hence the name.
