The only beef you’ll have with people at Boeuf is the Asada ribeye, a 300 day grass fed Argentinian Aberdeen Black Angus. Melt-in-your-mouth chunks of delicious meat grace the plate and it doesn’t matter if it’s underdone, cured or grilled to perfection. You’ll go home satisfied regardless.
Apart from the Asada, they even boast of housing everything from dry aged grass fed Welsh ribs to Argentinian Aberdeen Black Angus and the Australian asset, Wagyu MB7.
