Binary Hour – a late afternoon respite at Binary in the heart of Orchard Road. Between 4 pm to 7 pm from Mondays to Wednesdays, every order of an alcoholic beverage will be served with a complimentary pair of wagyu kofta and cajun pulled pork sliders.
Made with the gastro bar's Homemade Kubaneh Bread, the sliders are a delectable duo prepared in Binary’s signature culinary approach of distinct Asian and Western styles. The wagyu kofta highlights vibrant Middle Eastern notes through a grilled patty of spiced ground wagyu finished with garlic yogurt sauce, while the cajun pulled pork – a Louisiana specialty – is packed with bold, smoky flavours.
Diners can also place a la carte orders for the sliders at $20++ for four sliders with flavours of guests’ choice.
Diners are presented with an extensive beverage programme ranging from premium wines to cocktails and craft beers. On tap at Binary are two craft beers ($16++ per pint) from local brewery Rye & Pint, including the Binary Craft Brew, a cream ale exclusive to the gastro-bar.
Cocktails ($24++ each) will please cocktail aficionados with refreshing concoctions such as Chrysanthemum Tea, featuring homemade chrysanthemum tincture and kaffir lime and lemongrass infusion. The spirit-driven Lime Praline thrills the palate with La Progresiva Rum balanced with Frangelico and fresh lime juice.
Relish quality house wines by the glass (from $16++ per glass). The premium pours include bubblies such as Louis Roederer Collection 242 Brut NV ($22++ per glass), and Te Mata Estate Sauvignon Blanc ($18++ per glass) and Nittardi Belcanto Chianti Classico DOCG ($22++ per glass) from the house white and red sections respectively.
Liquors (from $18++ per pour) such as gin, vodka, rum, tequila, and whisky can be enjoyed straight or on the rocks.
