Helmed by Beppe de Vito, Art Restaurant aptly relocated from Raffles Place to the National Art Gallery this year. The latest member of the Como Dempsey family, at Como Club you’ll find a Michelin-starred experience on the menu here! This aperitif bar also serves up some scrumptious tapas-styled food and small bites from three other Como Dempsey restaurants, so you can be sure that menu is tried and tested. While it is in the name, PS.Cafe by the Sea certainly shouldn’t be a postscript on your list of the best brunches in Singapore. The ideal spot for a lazy lunch with a waterfront view, over a glass of Rosé, or even an early dinner, you’ll be floored by their take on burgers, pizzas, salads, and of course their legendary truffle fries! The first outlet to open in the East, PS.Cafe by the Sea has some exciting new seafood dishes like the calamari stew and crab tart as homage to its location.
