A blast from the past with a tantalising taste of modernity. Think retro-chic 60s-style Hong Kong with a touch of luxe. This Italian fine-dining restaurant is all about dishing out the finer things in life. Helmed by Beppe de Vito, Art Restaurant aptly relocated from Raffles Place to the National Art Gallery this year. Expect to find an intricate and explorative menu that still doffs its hat to Italy’s rich culinary heritage. Trust the chef and try the three, four, or five course degustation menus, or chart your own course! You can’t go wrong with the Challans Duck, or Hokkaido Scallops, and you can be sure that whatever you order it’s sure to be a work of art!

Como Club
The latest member of the Como Dempsey family, at Como Club you’ll find a Michelin-starred experience on the menu here! This aperitif bar also serves up some scrumptious tapas-styled food and small bites from three other Como Dempsey restaurants, so you can be sure that menu is tried and tested. Nibble on their Black Truffle and Gruyere Fritters, or try their take on Kueh Pie Tee. You can also sip on some of their signature cocktails like the Yuzo Drop or the Concorde Grape Manhattan.

Butcher’s Block
A Meat Vault, and a Wine Library are just two of things you can expect to find at Butcher’s Block in the iconic Raffles Hotel. This marvelous take on a traditional steakhouse is only open for dinner, so don’t plan a lunch date here! Take a look at the finest cuts of single-sourced meats in the Meat Vault, and watch as they’re prepared in the open kitchen dubbed ‘The Open Lab’ to whet your appetite. You can also opt for an extra special experience at the OAK Table where you’ll get a specially crafted menu by Chef Rémy Lefebvre served along with four specifically curated wines.

PS.Cafe by the Sea at East Coast Park
While it is in the name, PS.Cafe by the Sea certainly shouldn’t be a postscript on your list of the best brunches in Singapore. The ideal spot for a lazy lunch with a waterfront view, over a glass of Rosé, or even an early dinner, you’ll be floored by their take on burgers, pizzas, salads, and of course their legendary truffle fries! The first outlet to open in the East, PS.Cafe by the Sea has some exciting new seafood dishes like the calamari stew and crab tart as homage to its location.
