The cooks might take time, but each skewered meat is cooked to mouth-watering perfection. Choose from teriyaki chicken or pork, spicy lamb, fresh prawn, and shishamo with sea salt and teriyaki scallop and unagi. We also love their teriyaki shiitake mushroom and okra, as well as quail egg, enoki mushroom, and lychee - all three wrapped around bacon before getting skewered.
