Today, Tigerlily Patisserie is a real café. It evolved from a virtual bakery during lockdown to a lovely café on Joo Chiat Road in the east. The café features 24 comfortable chairs and a cosy interior decorated with stunning plant murals and delicate pastel hues. The open kitchen serves up inventive and delectable dishes. Two vitrines are located at the counter of Tigerlily, one containing warm pastries and the other containing cold sweets available for the day.
Fresh fruits, herbs, and vegetables, as well as other natural components, are featured on the seasonal menu. The tomato and artichoke tart, which has juicy heirloom tomatoes and pickled artichoke hearts on a flaky, buttery foundation, is one of the delectable alternatives on their menu. Another option is the yellow peach danish, which features astonishingly sweet fruit from Spain. The desserts, however, are the real show-stoppers!
A gorgeous blend of pear cubes, pink guava mousse, and notes of elderflower liqueur, their unique pink guava and pear dessert is not to be missed.Other treats from their virtual bake box days include baguettes and the well-known mochi blondie. And Tigerlily provides wonderful brews in association with the neighbourhood roaster Bearded Bella and The 1972 Clipper Tea Co.
