A family-run business, Soon Soon Huat Curry Puffs have been selling for almost 30 years and are a favourite among locals. The curry recipe has been passed down to the third generation and is absolutely tasty as you take a bite with its flaky puff. The puff itself is beautifully hand-rolled inhouse and the layers made while rolling the dough come alive once it is fried and golden brown.
