An Easter Classic – Hot Cross Buns have been a holiday staple for centuries. The artisanal bakery's delicious yeast-leavened buns are enriched with a blend of spices and a fruit mixture of sultanas, cranberries and candied orange peels that gives a natural sweetness to every bite.
Using French Butter and premium Japanese flour, every soft and fluffy bun is finished with a cross and baked to perfection, giving it its golden exterior. They also upped the ante and baked a chocolate version topped with a generous amount of rich Cacao Barry chocolate chips for an added kick. Available exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays only.
