Brotherbird Bakehouse is all elegance and grace in terms of decor, and the perfect blend between sweet and savoury when it comes to their croissants. Made with French butter, sea salt and a wonderful shimmering sugar glaze on top, they have a crunchy outside filled with a hint of savouriness inside, courtesy of the sea salt. The best part of the croissants here though are the croissant twists. Available in apple crumble, mentaiko prawn, Ferrero Rocher glaze and matcha cruffin, these are not worth missing out on.
