Baker's Bench Bakery are your neighbourhood (yeast-free) bakery serving up handcrafted 100% sourdough bakes in small batches (yes, their croissant range too), moreish sammies from their humble kitchen and a cuppa solid joe since Jan 2020 (uh huh, they are a covid-baby).
Baker’s Bench refers to the baker’s workbench. Seemingly humble, it plays an integral part in the baking process – it’s where the dough is weighed, shaped, and proofed. It is also where human bonds are forged. Bakers crowding around the bench a common sight; and plenty of conversations (deep, trivial, gossipy), emotions, and feelings are shared around the table.

Freshly baked sourdough bread loaves, croissants, and bagels are a specialty at Baker’s Bench Bakery. Located at Bukit Pasoh Road, this new bakery opened its doors just last year and has managed to become a go-to for many locals. We found the reason for their popularity when we took a bite of their various treats - Cinnamon & Raisin Bagel, Cheesy Mess Bagel, and Everything Bagel. Their sandwiches are super delicious and can be lifesavers if you’re having crazy hunger pangs.
