Throughout her residency, Lucy Asnum introduces a variety of keto-friendly desserts, including the exquisite Royal Keto Chocolate Feuilletine Cake priced at $9.50 per slice. Crafted with Valrhona and Lindt dark chocolate, this delicacy features layers of keto Sachertorte, chocolate ganache, and keto Feutilletine, all finished with a luscious chocolate glaze.
Another highlight is the Lychee Rose Cake, available at $9 per slice. Infused with the essence of lychee and rose, this cake boasts juicy lychee bits and layers of light, pillowy fresh cream, adorned with rose petals and whole lychees atop piped Chantilly cream.
For those craving a rich and moist delight, the Fudgee Cupcake is a perfect choice at $5.50 each. Made with Valrhona cocoa powder, it is topped with decadent keto fudge.
