Five signature ice cream flavours will be highlighted by Kimberley during her stay: Pure Tahitian Vanilla Ice Cream; Roasted Bronte Pistachio, Cacao Nibs; Espresso, Sicilian Pistachio Fudge, Roasted Pistachio; Fresh Passionfruit, Fresh Mint Sorbet; and Kyoto Hojicha, Dark Chocolate, Roasted Almond. At $5.00 to $6.50 a scoop, each one is a journey through superb flavour and artistry.
Don't pass up Kimberley's Brown Butter Fleur de Sel Cookies, a delightful treat priced at $10 for six pieces. These cookies are lavishly studded with delectable Belgian chocolate chips, finished with a sprinkle of Fleur de Sel sea salt and infused with fragrant flavours of browned French butter.
Kimberley launches her Crumble Bar, which starts at $8.90 and includes the first-to-launch Warm Apple Crumble flavour, exclusively at Baker X. With toppings like vanilla custard, vanilla ice cream and delicate rose petals, this Crumble Bar pays homage to the personalisation seen in classic ice cream parlours.
