This one-of-a-kind experience, available from May 14 to July 31, 2024, lets guests to immerse themselves in the breathtaking works of Art Nouveau artist Alphonse Mucha while sampling an exquisite assortment of teas and gastronomic treats.
The afternoon tea meal is inspired by Mucha's particular style, which is famed for its theatrical posters with botanical motifs and stylized lines. Madison's has expertly incorporated Mucha's artistry into their offerings, with macarons featuring his characteristic designs and cakes covered with Mucha-inspired bunting. Guests can also choose thematic handcrafted cocktails like the spirit-forward Mucha Vesper and the crisp Parisian Gimlet.
A sumptuous lobster entrée with Avruga caviar, XO hae bee hiam (dry prawn chilli), and hollandaise sauce is among the savoury delights. Another standout is the Norwegian Salmon Tartare, which is tastefully served with ikura in a kuih pie tee shell. For those with a sweet craving, the Raspberry Financier is delightfully tangy, while the Black Pepper Cookies are buttery rich with a little kick.
The Artistry in Time Afternoon Tea costs S$68++ per visitor, with a minimum of two people each set. Guests can enhance their experience with exclusive deals such as free-flow champagne and wine for two hours for S$78++ per person. Thematic custom cocktails are priced at S$24++ every glass, while a Summer Spritz mocktail costs S$16++ per glass.
