Wow what an impressive review and I never thought places like existed outside the more commercial areas.
"I love this place!!! Been with them since they opened 11 years ago. Remember when I first entered the spa, I told them I would try and if I like it, I will sign up. Remind them not to hard sell to me (as my previous spa did that everytime I visited and that was very irritating). I am really pleasantly surprised that they put down this comment in my member card since then!
I have stayed faithful to this wonderful spa located in a great tropical park. Can’t bear to visit any other spa though over the years I have been approached/given free vouchers to try other newer places.
Also, Going on regular basis helps me maintained my skin condition which is fairly sensitive. For the last 7 years, I have been cared for extremely well by my therapist Claudine. She is very knowledgeable with the products, patient in explaining to me everytime I forgot how to use my daily skin products and she has since become a friend I can talk to!
Grateful also for the service of Hazel and the receptionist team who always remind me of my appointment!
Kudos the the management for running it so well!! ������ anyone keen to try spa, facial or massage should really try and be wowed by their service and professionalism!!"
