Been going to Buff & Rubz for years. Excellent service, high quality mani pedis. It's a small place so best to make a reservation. It's also priced higher than most nail salons and they don't run promos that I'm aware of. You can save a bit of money by buying a package.
If you want nail art or funky nails this isn't the best place for you. But if you want a high-quality mani pedi in simple colors and designs this is probably the best in town.
