I was served by Sean at the Orchard Gateway Crate & Barrel store, and the service he provided was truly excellent. He was polite, helpful, and extremely patient throughout.
He also made sure to provide measurements for all the items I was interested in (as they are not stated on the price tags) even though I ended up not buying most of them.
I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided, as that is often not the case in many other stores I have visited. Thank you for the great experience at this outlet!
