In the spirit of Neon Pigeon, ensuring booze is on hand, Neon Pigeon Sake ($36, 180ml) and cocktails, including D’Wishes ($16, 100ml) with tequila, kumquat, and agave, the bright and spicy A To G(roni) ($16, 100ml) with shochu, campari, gin, and house togarashi vermouth, and O.F.RX-78-2 ($18, 100ml), a smoky number prepared with Japanese whiskey, scotch, maple, and chocolate bitters, are available to add on.
