Amò's homemade pizzas often get overshadowed by their pasta, but both are absolutely stellar. With island wide delivery available from 11 am to 9 pm and free delivery for orders above $100, you can now choose from a selection of their woodfired pies for the perfect meal. Their signature Stracciatella, Prosciutto, Rucola and Fig Vincotto is on the delivery menu, along with classics like the Margherita DOP and Romano. There’s also the option to modify for gluten-free and dairy-free pizzas. Make your date night special with their classic wine and pizza pairing starting at $72.

The restaurant’s two chefs, spent two years in Puglia, Italy learning the traditional pizza-making craft. Letting you in on a secret, Amò adds a little sourdough starter to get an airy and crispy crust and almond wood is used in the oven to add a nutty smokiness to the pizzas. The menu has the usual classic toppings like the Napoletana with anchovies and capers. But we recommend the more innovative ones, such as bone marrow with wild garlic pesto or grilled eggplants with chilli salmoriglio.
