Feel like a cocktail and too lazy to step out of the house? Bar Canary deliver cocktails in packs with garnish to complement. So impressed by their attention to detail, this was the first time I had ever ordered a drink for delivery.
Bar Canary had re-organised their service so well for delivery (when bars were shut during Covid) that these cocktail packs could be easily stored in the fridge. Vacuum packed with a slice of dried lemon and fresh herbs, I was thrilled to cut open the packet of my very first ready-made cocktail at home.
And it didn’t stop there. Staying true to the tradition of Cantonese cuisine the bar food complemented my Moutai in hand. From crispy fish skin to duck rolls and a meatless 12 inch pizza, it was as good if not better to be home, enjoying these delights.
The quality of Bar Canary’s food was delightfully contained as they were so well packed for delivery. I was amazed that the crispy fish skin remained crunchy. It is testament to the fact that the supply chain had been thought out well, for a wonderful user experience.

What a hidden gem, great rooftop bar and lovely ambiance.
I think this is the first concept in Singapore that aims to entertain families as a whole. Activities for the kids, good grooves and cheeky cocktails for the parents.
