Founded by Dr. Martin Bém in 2010, the world’s highest urban microbrewery LeVeL33 seamlessly melds craftsmanship, artistry and hospitality for a truly elevated experience – in all senses.
Located on the apex level of Marina Bay Financial Tower 1, LeVeL33 offers three different spaces: the LeVeL33 Dining Room, LeVeL33 Social, and the Terrace; overlooking the most spectacular skyline views of Singapore and delivering varying ambiences from refined privacy to social revelry.
Anchoring these spaces is the bar and copper brewery in the middle, where their outstanding craft beers are made lovingly by Resident Brewmaster Gabriel Garcia with strict adherence to authentic age-old recipes and traditional techniques. The ContemBrewery cuisine developed by the culinary team is a unique contemporary beer-centric cuisine which synthesises the culinary aspect and beer brewing elements.

Did you know that Level 33 is probably the only restaurant in town that holds Vegan High Tea sessions on the last Monday of every month. So handpick your sugar rush from an exhaustive collection of desserts and savoury picks straight out of the oven.
The brewery makes blond lager, Indian pale ale, stout, house porter, wheat beer, brut beer and seasonal craft beer. Take your pick amongst these or their wonderful beer cocktails and pair them with Chicken Wings with house made shichimi & lemon, Freshly Shucked Oyster with lemon, tabasco & lager vinaigrette and Sizzler Beef.
We also love binging on some roast trimmings on the weekends with lamb shank & rosemary jus.
An exciting 4-hands collaboration between Chef Stephan Zoisl & Chef ArChan Chan is happening this Austrian National Day. LeVeL33 celebrates Austrian National Day over three days from Monday 26 October to Wednesday 28 October 2020 6pm onwards.
